Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Ice-cool highly charged with vitamin C and summer sunshine
  • 250ml of Higher Living Very Berry (steep 4 teabags in boiling water for 30 minutes and squeeze the bags well to maximise herb content)
  • 60g frozen fruits of the forest (any combination of Blackberry, Raspberry, Blackcurrant, Strawberry or Cranberry)
  • 250ml Strawberry Yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • Mint leaves to garnish

Method

Throw the 60g of frozen fruits into a blender with the strawberry yoghurt and honey add the tea, give it a good whizz and drink!
